Glinded help center and FAQ

Glinded turns your photos and videos into finished memorial videos through conversation. Just describe what you want — no editing skills needed. Upload your assets, and Glinded handles the composition, music, transitions, and text overlays.

Glinded works as a connector inside the ChatGPT app. To get started, connect Glinded from ChatGPT’s integrations or app store. You’ll be asked to sign in or create a free Glinded account. Once connected, tell the assistant what you’d like to create — for example, “Create a memorial video for my grandmother” — and it will guide you through the rest.

There are two ways to add assets to your project. You can upload directly through the asset widget that appears in your chat, or you can create a shareable upload link and send it to family and friends so they can contribute their photos too.

Every Glinded video includes licensed background music that your funeral home can play without issues. Free and Standard accounts have access to a curated Creative Commons catalog. Premium accounts unlock 55,000+ additional professional tracks through an Epidemic Sound partnership. You can browse and preview tracks and pick the one that fits.

After your video is composed, you can preview it in the interactive player. Click on any element — text or photos — to select it, then tell the assistant what to change. Edits appear in real time.

When you’re happy with the video, ask the assistant to render it. Rendering typically takes a few minutes. Once complete, you’ll see a download link to save the final MP4 file.

Free accounts create videos under 30 seconds using the curated Creative Commons music catalog. Standard ($2.99 one-time) unlocks any length with the same Creative Commons catalog. Premium ($4.99 one-time) adds access to 55,000+ professional tracks through an Epidemic Sound partnership.
